Back in December, the “Travel Around the World English Trivial” was held at the school hall. It offered the whole student body a glimpse of what True Light Air could offer if it were a real airline. Our students arrived at the school hall with their boarding passes which led to a flight simulation experience that combined teacher and student performances. The event ended with an exciting Q&A trivia on the places they traveled to that afternoon.
To continue with the theme of travel, our S1 students entered a writing competition held by The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport. The theme of the writing competition was “What should my in-flight meal look like?”. Students designed their own desired meal and some of them were even invited to do a sharing on their in-flight meal at the library during the reading week held in January.
This True Light travel series really encouraged our students to venture out into the world to broaden their horizon. We can’t wait to see what else is in store for them!
