Our Secondary 1 students attended an experiential workshop on making their own “vacuum cleaner”. Scientific knowledge related to the junior science curriculum was embedded in the workshop.
During the workshop, students used the materials they prepared to make the vacuum cleaner by collaborating with their classmates. They demonstrated excellent design thinking skills and applied scientific knowledge to improve their designs.
